80+ miles from Boston, we in western Massachusetts also are heartened by this announcement and believe this effort will help all our youth across the state. In Holyoke, we have educated store merchants about the relationship between advertising and youth drinking and recently had one liquor store owner voluntarily take down all his outward facing signs so young people would not be exposed to them on their walk to school. Great things like this really can happen when community members work together!

I'm glad you posted this. I love this topic and feel the laws in place are just not enough. There has to be some kind of involvement as well. Thanks for this info.
