Hi Melanie, Thanks for reading. We’re delighted that you’ve developed tools to help providers and consumers understand and use MyPlate. Are they available at www.choosemyplate.gov? Take care!

We're big fans of the new MyPlate as well. We're created a range of products for help teachers, healthcare providers and parents help kids to use MyPlate to understand nutrition.

I'm so glad I won't have to explain the food pyramid to my kids some day...it didn't make any sense to me! The plate idea is so much easier to understand. Thanks for posting!

Kristi

In my opinion, this is truly a better way to show how much servings from one food group we should be eating. It's simple and easy to understand. Thanks for passing this information along!
