keep trying to stop people from smoking

Robert Preczewski

It is absolutely true that nobody should be smoking inside a building. However there is absolutely no medical evidence to support a ban on outside smoking. There is no danger from smoking outdoors. I have seen a medical expert report that outside smoking is in fact harmless to others. This was reported by 60 minutes. The only reason why it is an issue is because the anti-smoking people are trying to control what others do. Smoking is a terrible habit but so is wine, whiskey, gambling, beer, sex, eating, drugs, and many other everyday things that people do. I do think it is sad that a man who enjoys a cigar in the outdoors is considered a public enemy by the very same people who drink alcohol, use drugs, and have sex, and go gambling at foxwoods. Everyone is going to die from something so pick your poison and leave each other alone.
